Big day for us today! We assembled our first BRC R600V2 crankshaft! Trued up beautifully! Next we will be doing a mock assembly of the complete bottom end of the engine while we wait for our cylinders to come back from Nikasil.

Making awesome progress on the crankshafts, crank press tooling is done, should see cylinders back from Nikasil this week. Just got word the Tyga will be shipping at the end of the week our first exhaust set. We have the Track Bike wiring all done and communicating along with our data system is communicating with all sensors. We are beyond excited!

Crankshaft press jig is almost done, Ignition wiring is almost done, AimSport Mychron 6-2T is installed and reading, and cylinders are at Nikasil! Our R600 project took another leap forward this week. Cylinders ready to be Nikasil plater, AIM data systems arrived, Foresaken Adjustable triples clamps installed, silicone coolant hoses arrived, connecting rods arrived, crankshaft fixture material arrived, wiring is being sorted out, and much more.
Our BRC R600V2 kit is for Yamaha R6 from 2007-2026. If you think you want one, fill out our Order One Today form found on our website. We anticipate starting to ship production kits this time next year.

These photos represent the reused parts from your R6 engine and what the transmission look likes assembled on the Transmission Door of our new engine. We have made the R600V2 a true “cassette”.

Happy 6Hundy Friday! A massive week of success! All 5 prototype crankcase sets have made it through machining! The first primary cover came off the machine at 4pm today. Assembled perfectly to the engine. Crankshafts are here and ready for final boring and assembly. Wiring is being done for the track bike. This BRC R600 is for 2007-2026 Yamaha R6 bikes.
