We’re keeping the AI conversation going this week, this time on air.

Our founder and CEO Ivan Lovrić joined Zoran Vukičević and Magdalena Šipić on HRT Radio Split to talk about where AI helps companies in their everyday work, and why the advantage comes from a company’s own processes and data.

The radio appearance followed Ivan’s talk "AI in Everyday Business" at the ML/AI Split meetup, which filled the hall last week.

Two talks in one week, both on a question more and more companies are asking: how do you put AI to work in everyday business?

The second one took our CEO Ivan Lovrić to the ML/AI Split Meetup, which Digitalna Dalmacija brought back after a break.

Ivan opened the comeback edition with "AI in Everyday Business: From Digitalization to Automation", and the questions from the audience turned into a longer discussion and a lively exchange of experiences.

Where to start, which tasks are worth automating, and how to fit AI tools into a team’s daily work? These are the questions we increasingly work on at Workspace, through training for companies ready to move from trying out tools to using them in their actual operations.

That was the core of "From digitalizing business processes to applying AI", the masterclass our CEO Ivan Lovrić held on October 27 for members of the Croatian Employers’ Association, as part of HUP Business Academy (HUPPA) at Technology Park Split. Every example from manufacturing, service and maintenance came from our work with clients where we digitalized processes and introduced AI, including the parts that got stuck.

If every company has the same AI tools, where does the real competitive advantage come from?

Tomorrow at Technology Park Split, our CEO Ivan Lovrić is leading a masterclass for HUPPA, the business academy of the Croatian Employers’ Association: From digitalizing business processes to applying AI.

It’s two hours for owners and managers of small and mid-sized companies who still run on paper and disconnected Excel sheets, or who have digitalized but haven’t started using AI.

Ivan will cover what to digitalize first, whether to buy off-the-shelf or build custom software, what AI can do with your company’s data and what other companies changed in practice, with examples from manufacturing, service and maintenance, and charter.

Every new chat with an AI assistant starts from zero, and your company’s knowledge sits in Slack, inboxes and people’s heads.

An LLM wiki, also called a second brain or an AI OS, is a knowledge base the AI writes and keeps current. We wrote down how to set one up and when it pays off for a team.

Today our CEO Ivan Lovrić gave a talk about his business journey and what it’s like to run a company at Technology Park Split. He spoke at the workshop "Development of Entrepreneurial Infrastructure on Islands", which JASPERS and the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds organized.

Ivan shared his entrepreneurial story, from his first projects and the founding of Workspace to building the Serwizz platform, and explained how Technology Park Split became an important part of it.

Thank you to Technology Park Split for the invitation and for the chance to share our experience with the people developing entrepreneurial infrastructure on Croatia’s islands.

We’ve wrapped up two great days at Infobip Shift 2026 in Zadar!

Our team had a great time meeting founders, developers, and technology leaders, exchanging ideas about how AI is changing software development and business operations, and presenting our work at Workspace and Serwizz.

Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by our booth, asked questions, shared their experiences, and picked up some Workspace merch. We are heading back to Split with valuable feedback, new connections, and plenty of conversations to continue.

Two days full of conversations, new connections and plenty of people stopping by the Workspace booth.

On the Tech Frontiers stage, our CEO Ivan Lovrić moderated “AI-driven digital transformation: from paper to smart operations” with Goran Milavić from CAPAX, Grgo Bućan from CIAN and Robert Krešo from ALFA THERM.

They shared the real stories behind their transformations, what worked, what didn’t, what they learned and where AI fits next.

Meanwhile, our CTO Josip Brčić took the Founders & Capital stage for the TPS Demo Session and presented Serwizz CMMS to a full room, followed by Q&A.
