Connected Core

A new chapter for Connected Core 🤍

We are so excited to share that Connected Core Physical Therapy has officially moved into our new space!

5583 W Waterford Ln Suite E
Appleton 54913
(Our front door is on the South East corner of the building. We are waiting on our permanent sign but the suite is clearly labeled.)

This has been a 20 year dream in the making, and it feels really special to watch it come to life. A space created for connection, healing, movement, and the women and families we’re so honored to support.

Here’s to more room to grow, more connection, and continuing to change the world — one breath, one body, and one birth at a time. 🌿✨

More to come as we settle in and make this space feel like home!

✨ **Save your space for Birth Well** ✨

Preparing for birth isn’t just about knowing what to expect. It’s about understanding your body, building confidence, and learning to listen to the wisdom that’s already within you.

Our **Birth Well Workshop** is a 2–3 hour experience designed to help you **learn, feel, and embody** what your body needs for birth — blending education, movement, breath, biomechanics, and hands-on practices.

And don’t just take our word for it…

💛 *Everything we talked about made so much sense. I love the daily flow exercises provided!*

💛 *It was so helpful to be able to do the movements while talking about it & how our body works*

💛 *I love the focus on the mind/body connection and intuition while also gaining tools to support it all*

💛 *It was so valuable to have the thorough explanation of the nervous system connnection to the body and ways to practice supporting my body for overall wellness and an improved birth experience.*

If you’re pregnant and want to feel **more prepared, more connected, and more confident heading into birth**, we’d love to have you join us.

🌿 **Spaces are limited — save your spot for the next Birth Well workshop!**

We’ve discovered a new space that feels just right for us. We're thrilled to maintain our private treatment rooms while adding an exercise area and welcoming two wonderful new friends who will provide supportive services for moms.
