Marcon Forensics

Marcon Day 2026 🧡

30 years of experience, growth, and relationships — and one team continuing to move it forward.

We took some time to reflect on where Marcon started, where we are today, and what’s ahead.

We spent the rest of the day doing what good teams do best: connecting, competing, laughing, and enjoying the moment together.

Different offices. Different markets. One Marcon Team.

Here’s to 30 years — and the next chapter.

Milestone inspections, recertification, and SIRS may all be part of a community’s planning — but they don’t serve the same purpose.
Each one answers a different question, and understanding those distinctions can help boards and property managers plan more effectively.
From structural condition to continued occupancy and long-term reserve planning, the right engineering guidance helps turn requirements into clear next steps.
Different requirements. Different purposes. One common need: engineering expertise.
CommunityAssociations

Beautiful evening with the Communities in Motion Run Club!

Team Marcon joined the group in Miami for a 3-mile run/walk from Atlantic Square to the Kaseya Center and back.

Always a good time catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, and connecting in a different setting!

Thanks to Communities in Motion and sponsors for bringing everyone together!
