In Good Company

The Pause Project is back!

Our next conversation? Pelvic Health.

From bladder health and core strength to intimacy, exercise, postpartum recovery and aging, the pelvic floor plays a bigger role in our everyday lives than we might realize.

Join In Good Company Collective and Lakeshore Gynecology for another evening of good food, great company and approachable conversations about women’s health.

We’ll be joined by Dr. Nada Lygrisse, Callie Reynolds, DPT, with Ivy Rehab and Shirley Candelaria, PT, with St. Mary’s Hospital for an engaging, expert-led discussion with plenty of room for questions.

Thursday, November 12 | 5:30–7 PM
The Beach House | Decatur, IL

Expect hearty appetizers, drinks, beautiful lake views and a conversation worth having.

Come curious.

Sometimes, just being in the room is enough…

A little coffee, good company, and space to connect.

Join us at Decatur Wellness Collective for our monthly, come-as-you-are gathering following their donation-based yoga class THIS Saturday.

Come for yoga, or don’t! Stop by for a few minutes or stay awhile. No agenda, no expectations, just an opportunity to slow down, enjoy a cup of coffee, and spend time together in a relaxed, welcoming space.

We are still thinking about Aspire! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

What a meaningful day of connection, learning, and encouragement. We brought women together to share ideas, explore new opportunities, and make space for conversations that support both personal and professional growth.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who made Aspire possible: our university partners, speakers, workshop hosts, mentors, sponsors, volunteers, and every person who joined us. Your generosity, knowledge, and willingness to show up for one another made the day what it was.

This is what In Good Company is here to create—and we’re grateful to keep building it with you.✨

Check out some of these awesome highlights and lovely faces from the day!! If you attended, leave your favorite moment in the comments! ❤️

✨ Aspire Mentors ✨

These women come from very different backgrounds, industries, careers, and life experiences.

But they have one really important thing in common: they show up.

They’re the people who answer the call, make the introduction, share what they know, open the door, encourage someone else, and make themselves available when they can be a resource. They’re here just to say “I’m here to help”

That’s exactly why they’re such a natural fit for Aspire Mentors.

Because sometimes the next step doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from having an experienced ear to listen, ask the right question, make the right connection, or help you see something a little differently.

And these are just SOME of the women who will be there. And there are many more in this community ready to show their support.

If you’re coming to Aspire Summit 2026, use this part of the day. Introduce yourself. Ask the question. Share what you’re working through. Let someone support you.

That kind of community is what Aspire is all about.

It’s not too late to join us. And if you’re one of our Aspire Mentors, drop a comment and share what you’re most excited to bring into the room.

Financial empowerment creates more room to make choices with confidence - whether you’re planning for the future, navigating a change, or working toward a goal that matters to you.

At Aspire Summit 2026 THIS Saturday, Jaelyn Vickery and Emma Watson will lead Using Mindset & Momentum to Build Financial Empowerment. Together, they’ll explore how self-awareness and education can help you build clarity, confidence, and momentum with your finances.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to get started. Join us for a conversation designed to help you feel more informed and empowered to take your next step.

Aspire Activations! 📣✨ Aspire Summit 2026

During the Connection portion of the day, you’ll have the chance to step into a few experiences designed to be fun, thoughtful, and just a little unexpected.

Think tarot for reflection, a scent experience built around memory and curiosity, complimentary headshots, and a plant-filled Connection Garden made for slowing down and actually talking to people.

It all happens alongside Aspire Mentors, lunch, and open time to connect with other attendees.

The idea is simple: give you a few different ways to notice something about yourself, spark a conversation, and experience the day beyond the workshops.

Because sometimes the most useful part of an event is the thing you didn’t expect to find there.

Aspire is THIS Saturday and we want to see you there! Register at the Facebook event page and www.beingood.co

Sydnee has helped shape the visual identity of In Good Company since the beginning, so having her step into Aspire as a workshop host feels especially fitting.

Through Sydnee Creates, she helps businesses take the ideas in their heads and turn them into brands that feel clear, cohesive, and intentional.

At Aspire, she’ll break down the branding process in a way that feels approachable — how to think like a designer, what actually matters when building a brand, and how to communicate your vision when you’re working with a creative professional.

You’ll walk away with a framework you can actually use, along with a better understanding of how to make branding decisions with more clarity and intention.

If you’ve ever thought, “I know what I want this to feel like, I just don’t know how to make it look like that,” this one is for you.
