Bad therapist fit isn’t your fault.

Some things are hard to say in 50 minutes. You finally start to open up, and the session is over.

A therapy intensive gives you focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) time with one therapist. At our Spring office and online in Texas, intensives can run from a half day to a few days. At our Cypress office, EMDR intensives are 90 minutes. Many clients find it easier to stay with hard memories when there's no clock running out.
