Cool City Motel

While updates are underway, we remain open and dedicated to providing clean, comfortable rooms and warm hospitality. We are a young, local family with a passion for creating inviting and well-maintained spaces. Our entrepreneurial journey began several years ago with the ownership of residential rental properties, where we developed a strong appreciation for quality, comfort, and the importance of providing a positive living experience. That foundation inspired us to take the next step - a leap of faith into the hospitality industry. When the opportunity arose to purchase and revitalize a long-standing local motel, we saw it as a chance to expand our vision and bring that same level of care to travelers visiting our community. Today, our focus is on blending modern updates with small-town charm to create a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay for every guest. As we continue this transformation, we’re proud to invest in the future of Two Rivers and contribute to its growing reputation as a welcoming destination along the lakeshore

Welcome to Cool City Motel — where comfort meets the charm of Two Rivers.
